How it works

Calm, from day one

No onboarding calls, no project plans, no homework. You choose a plan, hand over access securely, and the watching starts.

You join

Pick a plan on the pricing page. We send a secure link for sharing access — WordPress admin and hosting — so credentials never travel by plain email.

You receiveA welcome note confirming protection is live.

We take over

Monitoring starts, the firewall and scanning go live, and the first off-site backup is taken and verified. We audit the site as it arrived: versions, plugins, users, SSL, anything noteworthy.

You receiveA baseline note — what we found, in plain English.

It stays handled

Updates run on your plan's cadence. Monitoring runs constantly. Anything unusual gets dealt with and written down. Once a month, the report tells you everything.

You receiveOne report a month worth ninety seconds of your time.

If the first scan finds a pre-existing infection, we pause, quote a one-time cleanup, and the plan starts once the site is clean — here's how that works.

The monthly report

The product is the paperwork

Every claim in a WPCare report is verifiable. This is the kind of thing yours will say.

Updates ran on schedule. One plugin was rolled back after a conflict — your site never noticed.

0 known vulnerabilities. Last scan today. Backup verified and restorable.

A vulnerability was disclosed in your form plugin. Virtual patching blocked it the same day.

This is a sample showing the format and level of detail. Your report describes your site.

What we need from you

Not much, and only once.

  • WordPress admin access and hosting or SFTP credentials, shared through the secure link we send.
  • Licences for any premium plugins or themes you use, so their updates keep flowing.
  • A heads-up when someone else changes the site — a developer, a colleague — so nothing surprises either of us.

Ready when you are.

Three plans, per site, from £25 +VAT a month. Monthly plans are rolling.
